We will talk for 5-7 minutes and then your Reiki treatment will be about 60 minutes. We will talk for 5-7 minutes afterward so you can share your experience and I will give you feedback on what occurred and instructions for post treatment care.
I incorporate specific sound healing frequency music during your Reiki treatment. This works to relax you as well as amplify your Reiki healing.
I will ask you to set your intentions for your Reiki treatment and have you write it down. This is very powerful for amplifying your treatment. I will hold your intention for you while I work on you.
After your treatment I will Reiki water for you specifically with the healing energy from your treatment and your healing intentions.
Reiki assists in healing your body, mind, emotions and spirit. It releases stored trauma in the body whether it was physical, mental or emotional.
Energy exists in everything! Rei means “universal” and Ki refers to the vital life force energy that flows through all living things. Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch. Reiki practitioners use their hands to deliver energy to your body, improving the flow and balance of your energy to support healing.

Reiki practitioners act as a conduit between you and the source of the universal life force energy. The energy flows through the practitioner’s hands to you.

Reiki differs from other touch therapies in that there is no pressure, massage or manipulation involved.
Preparation: The practitioner and recipient may begin with a brief discussion about the recipient’s physical or emotional concerns. The recipient is usually fully clothed and may either sit or lie down, depending on their comfort.
Hand Placement: The Reiki practitioner uses a series of hand positions, either lightly placing their hands on or slightly above the recipient’s body. These positions correspond to energy centers, often called chakras, as well as other areas of the body that may need attention.
Energy Flow: Reiki is universal life force energy that is channeled through my hands to the recipient. The energy works on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels, promoting a sense of balance and harmony.
Relaxation: Recipients often report feeling deep relaxation, a sense of warmth, or a tingling sensation during a Reiki session. Many experience a deep meditative state. I also incorporate soothing music, sound healing & aromatherapy to enhance your healing experience.
Most people feel very relaxed and peaceful during reiki treatment, and many fall asleep during the process.
